The 2008 CrossFit Total in Fredericton was a huge success!!

We also want to thank all the support from family and friends coming to watch everyone lift. The energy during those close calls was unreal and undoubtedly helped the lifters achieve personal records.
And finally, thank you to our members and lifters who put on a fantastic show! Your hard work and commitment paid off and you should all be proud of your accomplishments.
