About Jodi and Anthony
Jodi and Anthony are two of the best certified personal trainers in Fredericton. Not because of our education, or because of how much we can lift, or how fast we can run. We are two of the best because everything we do is driven by an honest desire to see you succeed.
We have always been involved in sports, but we are not genetically gifted athletes. We know the struggles you face with nutrition and exercise because we faced the same problems.
