The 2008 CrossFit Total competition was a huge success! Thank you to the volunteers who helped keep this thing running smooth - couldn't have done it without ya! And definitely thank you to the lifters who set an insane amount of personal records and put on a great show for the crowd. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Learn to Row with Fredericton Rowing Club
The Fredericton Rowing Club has invited the members of CrossFit Fredericton to "learn to row" this summer. This will be an on-water event! Details coming soon.
Day/Weekend Trip to PEI
CrossFit Fredericton is planning a day trip (maybe a weekend trip?) to visit CrossFit PEI. The tentative date is late July or early August. Contact us if you are interested - we'd like to have 10-12 people join us!
