<p>On Saturday, May 26th at 12pm we will be hosting a Fight Gone Bad competition.  This workout is setup like a <span class="caps">UFC </span>fight. Three rounds, five minutes each, with a one minute rest. The five minutes of work is divided into five different exercises at one minute each. Count the total number of reps across all exercises and all rounds and that is your score. The name came from BJ Penn who was asked, "Did that feel like a fight?" and his response was, "Yeah, a fight gone bad!"  This is a free event available to CrossFit members only!
