Yoga felt even better than usual this week. Really starting to notice where I'm flexible and where I'm tight, and for the first time I'm noticing a difference in my left side and right side for a lot of the postures. Very fun as always.

Deadlifts

Another PR for reps
When Jane asked us to think of a word during the end of yoga, my work was Deadlifts :)
Next week will tie my PR, but I only got one rep at 225. I'll be thinking about it all week
Tried hook grip for the first time. First three sets felt awkward but not bad. Felt really strong on sets 4 and 5, then my brain decided that was enough for the day and went in vacation. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what plates to use for 215. Had to get Anthony to double check, and thank god I did because I almost did 225.
Had a little bit of lower back fatigue but I rolled it out in between sets and it helped

AMRAP 12 mins
30 double unders
12 Burpees
3+37

Double unders were much much much better than Thursday. Couldn't string them consecutively but I got them in. I had no energy for this one, and really felt it in the burpees

Had to go to work today, but was able to squeeze soem workout time in

Squat 315 x 1, no spotters so I stopped there.

WOD - C2 rower
8 x 200m interval with 1 min recovery between rounds
Tried to stick with 40sec per interval, but that became quite a challenge.
I haven't really spent much time on the rower and ths workout was brutal. Seeing as we have one right in the hanger at work I might have to make use of it a little more often. I don't know if a similar running workout would have been as painful.

I like the open gym format. It was only my second time this week and I liked being able to do several strenght movements.

I id the WOD AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
90 Single Unders
10 Burpees
5 + 90
