Another tough workout on the arms today. I am glad that I stayed light with the kettlebell swings and used 10# instead of 14# for wall ball as I have a little flare up in my shoulder again. There was no pain when I did the WOD so hopefully there will be no set backs.

This WOD damn near killed me - I seriously underestimated how much gas was left in the tank after deadlifting. I should have scaled the weights right from the start. Sorry to make you wait, Regan - it was fun working together though.

I don't know if my shirt has ever been so wet after a WOD - a good old-fashioned burner that was.

Wow, these took some getting used to; felt like I was dancing with the wall for the first few. Awesome working next to Rashmi for motivation!!! Thank-you Alex for the quiet but forceful motivation and for keeping track....I had no idea after number 3 :)
I will say that I think having blue lips at the end proves I gave my all, haha. Thanks for all the cheers nooners! Bring on # 2!!
