Deadlifts to 145 Managed to get 4 at 145. My shoulders were rounded on the 4th so it is time for a reset. Last week I had to call it quits at 135 so it felt good to get most of my reps at 145. God it feels heavy though. I am in awe of you ladies who deadlift so much weight.

This was a tough workout! My lats were tender from yesterday's workout so it wasn't long before I slowed down on the ring rows.

Last week, I struggled to lift 145 once. This week, I focussed on positive thoughts and keeping the positive energy flowing and it f***ing worked! Deadlift 185,220,255,290,315,335 Seem to have a hard time getting my head around the last couple sets, more so than lack of strength. Missed a couple on last set and got pissed at the bar. Last 3 came up much easier.

AMRAP 20 min Modified Mary 5 pushups 10 pistols using the rings 15 chinups on rings 7+5 Goal was 6. Got near the end and thought I could pull out 7. Tough but damn it felt good Pushups were great Pistols tough. Had control issues that improved by the end. Right leg is stronger. Flexibility in my ankle was a limiting factor Chinups were tough as hell

Nope not this year. I was on the fence for a long time then I had to drop $250 at the vets getting the dog neutered and the decision was made for me after that.
