Clarify the Unknown.

“But I’m out of shape.”

“I ate too much for breakfast, I have a headache, it's raining, my dog is sick, I can't right now, it's too hot, I'm not ready, I've got shin splints, my favorite show is on, I've got a case of the Mondays, the Tuesdays, the Wednesdays.”

Most excuses foster guilt and self-doubt. Reality is - you’ve got to challenge yourself if you expect to achieve something different. The most common unknowns we’re asked are:

“Am I physically ready?”
Telling yourself that you need to get in shape to join CrossFit is the #1 excuse of all time! Half of our new members would put themselves into this category.

Highly active people join for the same reason as people who are less active - they want to push themselves. Still not convinced? Post a few details about your situation (anonymously if you wish) in today’s Comment Section. You’ll get an answer from people who’ve already experienced what you are going through.

“Will I find it challenging?”
The best way to improve is by continuously going outside your comfort zone. This is true regardless of what fitness level you currently have. The underlying philosophy of CrossFit is to support and challenge you on different levels. The ability to push yourself physically and appreciate your potential are key elements to your progress.

“How do I join?”
First you register and attend a free (but mandatory) Orientation Session to determine if you want to invest in the Foundation Program. Once you’ve completed the Foundation Program you are ready to become a member and join the Daily Workouts.

“What’s the cost?”
Orientation Session (mandatory) - Free
Foundation Program - $225
Monthly Membership - $125 (each additional family member is $100)
Note: All prices include HST

There are no contracts. No penalties. And we don't badger you for referrals.

Our Promise: complete the Foundation Program and then train with us for a year. If you do not exceed your expectations and want to go back to your old gym - we’ll refund the difference of your membership. It’s that simple.

Now, let's get to the real question - how bad do you want this?
