Yoga today at 11am! Every 3 weeks Jane offers a free yoga session to all CrossFit Fredericton members. Be sure to sign up early as space is limited and it usually fills up fast.

Second conditioning day. Suffering from a head cold this weekend, so things felt sluggish in the beginning. Dizzy during the deadlifts, but started feeling better as the session went on. Overall very happy with the volume.
