CrossFit Fredericton
"When I first stumbled upon the CrossFit Fredericton website I thought that it was "too advanced" for me and was only for elite athletes. I almost began looking elsewhere, but something caught my eye when I started snooping through pictures on the site: there were people of all ages working out together and apparently having a lot of fun in the process! Then I thought "Maybe this is just the challenge I have been looking for!" and I immediately emailed Anthony and Jodi and haven't looked back.In a matter of only a couple of months I have made gains in athletic ability and set benchmarks that I haven't met so far in my lifetime let alone since the last time I was "in shape". However, with all that being said it still isn't the best part about CrossFit. The best part is that it truly is fun!! Anthony and Jodi are top-notch trainers, that really are passionate about what they do, and it shows. They are super friendly and helpful and give each person the individual attention that is needed to progress and meet their personal goals. CrossFit works so well because of the support, the camaraderie, and, of course, the large variety of high-intensity work outs!
Without a doubt I am hooked!!"

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
