I liked all the F-bombs being flung about at yoga class. We have a very "un-yoga" yoga class in that Jane is such a cool, non-foofy, funny teacher who understands her students are jocks and not hippies.

Yoga, followed by cleans to 95 followed by gawking at the four bald eagles who landed on the ice on the river right across from the gym. When was the last time you saw four loitering in one spot like that, HA! Maybe they were there to cheer us during the WOD.

Tried doubles for the first round but it was taking too long and I really wanted more wall ball practice. ;).
