The workouts at our gym always include warm up, strength, conditioning, and mobility. Everything is customized to your level by a professional strength coach. Tuesday's conditioning work includes cleans, turkish getups, lunges, double unders.

First round, I did double unders...actually did 4 in a row! 2nd round, I did about 8 du's then switched to su's. 3rd round, Su's and last round stuck with du's. Need more practice but I'm seeing some improvement. I'm running 6k tonight...see you tomorrow!

Hot Tub/Stretch. EMOM Power Snatch 96x1x12. EMOM Clean 136x1x12. Front Squat 180x1. Press 45x5x5 (ouch). :) Lots of stretching/foam rolling/lacrosse balling.
Jason, are you taking your daily dose (min 6000 IUs) of vitamin D? If not, get some into you!!! While you're sick, bump it up to at least 10,000 IUs. You can lower it when you are feeling better. ;)
