I really wasn't planning on the WOD today but it looked easy enough....or so I though.

15 Burpees ... 8 the first round, 1 on the 6th round and another 6 on the last round. So this was mostly a wall ball wod for me. Took it as practice as I'm not very good at this movement.
10AM: sled work up to 595 pounds (on rubber mats - oie), front squat 335x1, back squat 500x1x3.

Squats to 150x0. Reset to 135 and no more daily squats on squat day.

Future reference. Burpees in lifting shoes are a really bad idea, next time burn the first minute of the metcon and put on different shoes.
