Squats to 140: 75, 90, 105, 120, 130, 140 x 2, small break to remove too-tight belt (interesting experiment), x 3. Repeat next week to make sure I can get all 5 with no break.

WOD: 400 burpees. Got to 334 before the 12-minute cut off. These need work. Nice chill day at CFF.
Corey, we run sessions at 6am, 7am, 11am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm. Every CrossFit gym is different ... I'd make appointments at both to discuss your goals and then decide which one is more capable of helping you. :)

BAHAH! Whoops, I meant 400 double-unders, and that I only managed 334 double-unders in the 12 minutes. I'm sorry for misleading anyone who thought for a second that I was, like, you know, amazing or something. Le sigh.

Too funny Pat! Skipped the WOD today and soaked in the hottub. I ran 16.5k yesterday...needed to rest my legs.
Came to gym about as grumpy as can be.

Told myself to do the warm up for real so when it cam to chin ups I just jumped on the bar and did one. I have not done a chin up since June 1 2012 when I injured my shoulder. I jumped down and growled and swore. Most around me thought I missed it but as Tony said "that is what happy grumpy cat sounds like". I say most of my emotions look the same.

Anyhow my mood improved considerably and once again Crossfit saves my soul.

400 dus 9:27. Not my best effort but ill take it.
