AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. CFWUx2. 1st Position Snatch practice. Front Squat 140x3. 10 Rounds of: 2 Cleans + 4 Chinups - untimed. PM: 21km bike. An ok day - slowly getting some conditioning back. Gonna test out a little run tomorrow, I think. ;)
