AM: CFWUx2 (not TGU). 1st Position Snatch 106x2x2. Clean 159x1x3. Front Squat 170x1. 2.5km Run in 13:25 (12 seconds faster than last week - AND we had to stop for a quick stretch). Pretty happy with this. Jane will make me a better runner no matter what it takes. LOL!!!

Damn Jerks, Jodi is like show me a clean and a jerk, so I clean it, and I attempt to jerk it, I am like I can do this, so I do it, and I was in the lunge position. She is like you have to the barbell over your head not on your shoulders. Yup no coordination....
