8AM: Yoga. 9AM: Bench Press (paused) 95x5. 3 Rounds of: 20 Double Unders + 15 Pushups + 10 Russian KB Swings (1.75 pood) in 3:21. AMRAP in 10 minutes of: 6 Strict Chinups + 1 Sled Push/Pull (1 plate). 5 Rounds + 6 Chinups. Blah but good to move. ;)
