AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. CFWUx2. Chinups BW+15x5x3. Squats 205x2. 5-4-3-2-1 reps of: Power Cleans (135 pounds) + Muscleups in 6:00. Rough week. :( Off to see Julie for a quick massage, then running errands with Granny. :)
Power Cleans to 140 - starting to re-incorporate full clean and wrists holding up.

10AM: voodoo w/electricity (excellent). 12PM: squat 475x1x3, metcon w/ 42 strict hspu + 42 power cleans in 4:22. Decent day.
