AM: Yoga. Warmups-ish. Pistol practice-ish. AMRAP in 10 minutes of: 200m Run + 4 Power Snatch (95 pounds) + 8 Strict Chinups - 3 Rounds + Run + 4 Power Snatch. Squat 240x1 (double body weight). Decent day! Wish this allergies would stop f*^%ing with my breathing.
