Very sorry for the no show at noon. I was in a meeting and didn't get out in time to cancel.
12PM: clean & jerk 275x1x5 (missed 3 jerks lol) / 225x1x5, front squat 355x3, anderson front squat 225x2x5 (333 tempo). Two hours and never once felt calf/glute. And despite not training my jerk in forever, it still sucks.
