First time at 275# ... last rep I leaned forward... will repeat next week....it's all good.

did about 4 rounds then switched to 7 burpees per round.

AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. CFWUx1. Clean and Jerk 140x1x3. Cleans 160x1. Front Squat 175x1. EMOM 10: 3 Snatches (95 pounds) + 10 Pushups. Mostly power snatches (oops) and did not get 10 pushups each round. Total Score: 75 (30 Snatches + 45 Pushups).

Overhead squats to 95x5 PR of 15lbs
WOD: ENOM in 10 of 3 snatches(95#), 10 pushups. Turned out to be more 10 min practice of Power snatch + overhead squats than anything else
