By this time next week I’ll be sitting on a beach in Miami. 2PM: squat 515x1, AMRAP2 of back squat: 40 reps @ 225 + AMRAP2 of burpees: 48 reps.
CFWU x 2, daily squat to 135 x 1, snatch to 65 x 3, WOD: 4 min squat (85), 4 min burpees- 45/61 Fun training at night and sleeping in, but back to mornings tomorrow. :)
Daily squat to 155: 100, 115, 130, 145, 155. PR for weight!

Push press to 93: 45, 65, 75, 85, 89, 93. Getting better with these; the one-pound increments, while not as sexy as bigger jumps, really help me focus on consistency.
