Yoga with poop face. lCFWU x 1, front squats to 100 x 5, WOD: 3 rounds snatch (50#), 10 toes to bar, 50 DU in 15:55 and DFL. Squats to 130 x 1, Bench to 85 x 3. Fun morning :) have a good weekend!

CFWU minus anything shoulder-related, it's sore today.

Front Squats to 105: 60, 70, 80. 90, 100, 105.

11:21. Double unders were not pretty. Thanks to advice from Patty and Tony on rope length and wrist positioning, they will be better next time.
