Body fat: Just under 18%
1 rep max deadlift: 235 (Matches old 1-rep PR)
Fitness test "Cindy": AMRAP in 10 minutes of 5-10-15 chinups, push-ups, squats.

8 rounds + 7. Excited about the challenge! Last time my best gains were in body composition changes, this time around let's see if I can grab more dividends in the performance aspects. Way to go Challenge Gang!
