9AM: Kids. 10AM: Yoga. 12PM: Squat 230x1. 50 Double Unders + 21-15-9 of: Box Jumps (24")+ Handstand Pushups + 50 Double Unders in 11:00. Struggled with HSPUs today...still a little weak. Balls!
