The workouts at our gym always include warm up, strength, conditioning, and mobility. Everything is customized to your level by a professional strength coach. Today's conditioning work includes snatch, pushups, and double unders.

A small but strong group at yoga this morning. Thanks for coming out!
So far so good at the Blizzard Beatdown. Ashley, Heidi, Kim, Nicole, Olivier, and Mike all looked good out there!! Next workout starts at 12:15.
I'm going too joining that Yoga group when i hit Freddy next year when we move back there.

120 flew up fast so was surprised I was unable to get 125 today ... but started to notice that my hands were getting tore up ... talk about calise decided that was enough for today.... note to self ... just let the bar drop once it's over 95# ...

was aiming for 135 so will try building to 125 next week and go from there.
I just had a look back in my log book and the last time I did snatch for strength was May 2013 and was 115 x 3 ... so I guess 120 x 3 is a PR... I fell a little better now..
