AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Bench Press 65/143x1 (paused). Front Squat 82/181x1. AMRAP10: 1 minute Plank + 10 Box Jumps (20 inches). Score: 6 Rounds+ 28 second plank.
The last two weeks I've been all over the place with my training... Haven't been warming up, inconsistent schedule, not pushing myself at all. I have had zero motivation!! Yesterday I remembered the best advice I've ever heard ... From our very own coach T: Don't rely on motivation because it comes and goes. So I finally got my lazy unmotivated ass up this morning and came to the gym and gave it my all.

Habit > Motivation!
I have to agree with habit trumps motivation. Motivation doesn't get me across that bridge in the middle of winter, especially when I make the turn onto the bridge and the house is only two blocks further down the road.
