9AM: Kids. 10AM: Yoga. 11AM: Squat 110/243x1. 3 Rounds of: 15 Deadlifts (70/154) + 50 Double Unders in 4:43. AMRAP 8: 3 Power Cleans (50/110) + 10 Lunges + 30 Double Unders. Score: 6+11. Wow! Those lunges sucked. haha!
12PM: squat 220x1 (in 30 seconds).
