Yoga. Snatch 60/132x1. Power Jerk 60/132x1x2. AMRAP3: Double Unders - 175 reps. AMRAP2: Pisols - 48 reps. AMRAP1: Squats 58/128 - 15 reps. Felt good to do a decent snatch again. FUN!
Pecs and adductors are sore from deadlifts, but back is fine. 12PM: squat 250x1.
