Wait till you see what I have planned for tomorrow: In an event I’ve dubbed “Grey Shades of Fifty”, tomorrow I’ll be doing a slightly modified “Filthy Fifty” WOD as a way of marking my recent 50th birthday. Omar, although still a long way from reaching age 50 himself, has graciously agreed to suffer through all 500 reps with me (this is only because I did his own invention of a birthday WOD along with him last year).
