AM: 30km bike ride. PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Power Snatch 50/110x1x5. Squat 95/209x1. "Helen" 3 Rounds of: 400m Run + 21 Kettlebell Swings (16/35) + 12 Chinups in 10:39. Was moving slow but technically it's still a PR because I've never used that light of a kettlebell before. I've always used 24/53. Whatever! I'll take a PR where I can get it. LOL!
