PM: Warmup. Snatch 58/128x1. Squat 108/238x1. "Nate" AMRAP20: 2 Muscleups + 4 Handstand Pushups + 8 Kettlebells Swings (24/53). Score: 14 Rounds. I've always used 32kg/70pound kettlebell for this workout. This is the first time going lighter, which is technically the recommended weight for women, this still a PR? haha!
