Made for a pretty crap day of training. 2PM: squat 240(529)x1, rack pull (from knee) 260(573)x3 / 300(661)x1 / 230(507)x3x2, 500m row x 4 (1:42, 1:40, 1:24.8 [ties official PR and #2 in world right now], 1:55), power clean 100(220)x3x3, static holds with double overhand 140(309) to failure x 2 (22s and 21s … pathetic).
