My pacing on 800m is shit so I decide to try these on a treadmill to establish some consistency. Unfortunately it wasn’t calibrated, so the data is useless. 2PM: squat 240(529)x1, 800m jog, 800m x 3 (approx 6:00/mile pace), outside for 200m x 6 (0:34, 0:33, 0:32, 0:31, 0:32, 0:28), 50m x 4 (not timed), 400m jog. 6PM: 60 minute road ride easy pace.
