6:30AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Flies. Pendlay Rows. Front Squat 81/179x1. Weighted Strict Chinups 25/55x1 (Easy). 21-15-9: Deadlifts (70/154) + Burpees in 4:59. Not too bad of a morning considering the early start. ;)
