PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Snatch EMOM10: 47/104x1. Clean & Jerk EMOM10: 55/121x1. Front Squat 82/181x1. 400m Runsx4. Hit a 1:17 for a lifetime PR...not bad for not pushing 100% and feeling a little under the weather. WOOT!
