jerk grip OHS and rolling for mobility. Not sure how many months I've been doing these, but finally able to get my hands in closer to an actual jerk grip. It's hard! But gratifying to realize that I am gaining some upper body mobility.

AM: 35 minutes of fresh air on the mountain bike. PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Snatch EMOM10: 51/112x1. Squat 105/231x2. 60 minute road bike ride.
