pause squat to 43 x 5. Last time I got zero with the pause at 43, so happy, but chest was too far forward. Will reset a bit, bring hands in closer, elbows forward and chest up. :)

WOD 2.5 k run 15:30.
AM: 47km road bike (Mactaquac Loop). PM: Warmup. Snatch EMOM10: 54/119x1. Clean & Power Jerk 61/134x1. (There's a reason this is called a JERK - ARGH!!!) Front Squat 83/183x1. "Amanda" 9-7-5: Snatch (43/95) + Muscleups in 9:14. Day started off great with the bike and snatch and went down hill from there.
