Feels good to be back after a week away. Trying out back squats again (switched to front squat as the bar on my neck was causing issues b/c of the jaw splint)

PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup. Snatch 62kg/137# x1. Power Clean & Jerk 70kg/155# x1. Front Squat 85kg/185# x1. "Fran" 21-15-9: Thrusters (29kg/65#) + Chinups in 5:23. Took my time. Best part is that I did this in November of last year and my time was 5:23. HA!!
