Was my first time EVER on the rower...so wasn't sure what to expect. Way more difficult than I had expected. Started to get the hang of it towards the end. Good thing Natasha was there to yell at me to keep going cause I really wanted to stop. Will try to jump on Rower once a week or so ... I have learned to do what you hate most often then you won't hate it soo much.. ;)
