Clean to 39 - I was so excited I got the first rep (after flat out failing last week) that I kinda forgot what I was supposed to be doing the rest of the set. Little ugly but I'm bumping it up to green plates next week :D

Deadlift to 79 – Stopped after 2 reps, back was curving in a bad way
Deadlift 50x2 Sumo Style – positioning/back was much better
Resetting @ 50 next week sumo style

It will be a long climb back up to 79 – but when I get there I’m going to kick 79’s ass :P

900 SUs 2 Burpee Penalty Every Miss

8.04 + 8 Burpees

I would have totally have done DU’s if it were not for the burpee penalty. I’m pretty sure If I had done DUs my score would have been +15mins +900 Burpees LOL DU’s are in progress – but not worth that many burpees!
