I was really cranky about winter this morning but needed to take Randall out....so we went for a very casual 30 minute jog after the burpees. Oddly, it made me feel better despite being super cold. ha!

Had no idea how this would go...after round 5 I switched technique and lunged off the ground to keep pace. Long recovery and couch is in full effect. Starting to remember why I switched to just power :/
