Vacation workout @ hotel gym
Sumo DL to 250 lbs x5, tweaked right hamstring in set 3 (sloppy pull off the floor). Stretched it out and finished all sets OK but it was plenty hard by the end.
Hotel WOD AMRAP Burpees in 7 minutes, score 75. Might have been sandbagging a little bit favouring the hamstring, but I actually thought my pace was faster than that and was surprised when the timer ended so soon :P
Clean to 43 - probably over thought the starting positions a little bit on this one tonight, the overall cleans were messier than usual towards the end. Interesting comment, my transitions between starting positions was "stripper style." OMG LOL super embarrassed.... but hopefully this will be the motivation I need to get this right O_o !

Started at 30, got up to 37, stayed there for 3 rounds, then went back down to 35 for the last 2 rounds. Against the rules I know! But was totally burnt out and didn't want to hurt myself. Lol.
