Decided to skip the WOD in favour of a daily squat, got a PR (80kgx1). Thank you Mr. Belt, why I didn't put you on sooner is a mystery.
Oh the joys of skipping wods ... soon to be over. :D
Now I feel like I should come back at the supper hour and do the WOD. Feels like a worse fate awaits if I don't??
