Day 2 in the books and it was the weirdest workout I've ever done.
2 rounds of:
15 cals on airdyne machine
10 bent over rows (115)
5 complex (2 barbell lunge+1 push press (95#)
50 DU's
25 push-ups
Time - 8:44

Air dyne was terrible and there was a lot of tired legs after yesterday. Scored 2nd highest time today only scoring behind Drew Denny who still smashed me nearly 2 minutes.
