AM: 30 minutes super easy on bike and 30 minute walk with Randall to try to get some blood flow.

Strength seems to be ok...Conditioning not so much. I took lots of breaks, moved slowly, and this workout still kicked my ass. Not looking forward to thrusters and burpees on Friday. :( On a positive note, my arm veins are looking killer right now. :D
