Weighted split squats to 32

6 Rounds of:
60 SU's
30 sec. plank
5 KB push presses (using pinks)

Time 9:43
Squats to 62kg

6 rounds:
20 double unders
10 push-ups
5 push press (30kg)
time = 10:12

Push-ups are hard. That is all.
Squat to 56 - Took a lot of pride in these squats today. I had my 1st squat fail @ 56 back on Jan 12 (56x1). No troubles today, just hard work :)

Supper happy about my double unders! Probably had a great Double under Day. Only last round was broken into 18 and 2. Hope this trend is here to stay!
Day after : My Shoulders are really sore! Hope we are not doing bear crawls at football tonight!
