I am not able to count rounds in my head during a workout. No matter what, I always mess up!! I did an extra round for good measure :)
AM: 60 minutes super easy on bike (RPE 6.5).

PM: Chiro Adjustment. Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup.
EMOM10: 2 Power Snatch 40kg/88#.

Kept things super light. I was going to to do some Clean & Jerks but warmup sets felt "weird" and I didn't want to ruin a great adjustment
Snatch to 29 - made it to 28 and they were ugly; shoulders still feel tight so I stopped @ 28x2
