Weighted Strict Chinups (overhand grip) 16kg/35# x5.
No False Grip Muscleups 6x5.
Squat 120kg/265# x1. PR!

Anthony told me not to lift heavy today...he said I was too old and needed to recover. WTF? So, I went for my 120kg squat PR. :P

Also super tempted to test a max on muscleups but I'll ride out my plan...on to 7 consecutive reps for 5 sets next week.
