*In sensible voice* Brittany. You subjected your legs to 180 air squats before starting the run. Which was the first 5km run of your life. Completed at a run pace, the whole distance. And you are "a tiny bit disappointed"? *Smacks forehead* Woman, you crushed that WOD. Impressed.

DU Practice - Decided I should really start quantifying these to see how I'm improving so: 100 DUs - 3.11 Mostly in sets of 10

22.01 - Little disappointed, couple of weeks ago I did 12+2 in 20 minutes. Pushups didn't come as steady tonight.

C&J Practice - Focused more on technique tonight than building weight. Played around between 20 and 32.

And before anyone asks why I didn't run - I went for a 630am run before work. Couldn't believe it when I sat down for breakfast and saw we were doing 5k today. Believe me if I had known I would have slept in and ran tonight.
